The 18 comm project was very interesting for us in many aspects. It's a historical building, built more than 50 years ago in the heart of Boston, Massachussets. The development itself was the facade renovation of the grey building that you see centered on the image: it was renovated a few years ago, with a "modern" approach that absolutely destroyed the facade's historical value, and now they decided to change it back to its roots.
It was our first job rendering a historical construction. It's curious how those older buildings have so much more detail when it comes to facade's compositions, with much more information, unlilke the flat, simplistic approaches we see in the architecture market nowadays.

Built over 100 years ago, this charming architecture is located in Boston - Massachusetts. Currently, the project is going through a process of revitalization, in which we had the pleasure of producing the representation images.
